Yeah, mate, looks like yer rubber seal is knackered around the bearing that holds the agitating electrowidget in place. I can see a load of fluff round it. Quite a common problem - yours is the second I've seen this year. Hold on, if I poke it with my wooden spoon, it might come loose so you can 'ave a look.
