Chez Dexter
Dexter had a little party round his house in Finchley this afternoon. It was brilliant fun! There were lots of my friend from Mum and Dad's NCT group there.
This is a picture of Isla, who was being very cheeky and mischievous:
Oh, here's Dexter, our host, turning round and looking scary! Cool.
Here I am playing with Chloe and Dexter...
This is baby Madeline, who I reckon will be next to crawl, after me, of course!

Shhhhhh! 4
Yo. Jus' chillin' and catching up with today's Night Garden. The Pontipines (who are very small, and a family of, it appears, rather inbred, wooden clothes pegs), have been for a ride on the Ninky Nonk. The Ninky Nonk, for some bizarre reason best known to itself, but probably due to faulty wiring or some short circuit, has whizzed up and down trees and round branches like an epileptic rollercoaster on amphetamines, and has given the Pontipines some rather severe injuries since they've all just staggered out with little plasters all over themselves. Then, guess what, the Wattingers (the blue next-door neighbours) turned up, apparently to gloat.

Shhhhhh! 3
Oh, it's you. You're interrupting Night Garden, by the way, and it's a bit saucy today because Iggle Piggle got into Upsy-Daisy's bed (she wasn't in it though).
In other news, Mum and Dad have ordered this mouli thingy which apparently makes baby food, except Dad's gone and broken it before we've had a chance to use it, so they'll have to send it back now. Anyway, they gave me the box that the mouli-thingy came in. Zaida calls it my boat.

Exhausted
What a week it's been. After Boobie's birthday at the weekend, Dad's discovered he's got an infection on his foot. He's been in and out of A&E three times because he got a reaction to the antibiotic that they gave him. Mum's icked out so Dad's been relegated to sleep in the spare bedroom. That means I get more space in the bed, but I don't get to pummel Dad awake in the early morning which is a shame.

Creepy crawlie
Cutesome Fruitsome here - hope y'all bein' cute tonight.
Cute-ing, toot-ing cute! Do I bring a smile to ya face, or wha'?
Oh yeah! I want to show you some of my new moves. Not being content with sitting, er, contentedly, like a little buddha, I've been practising creeping forward with my hands along the floor. It's 'cos I'm trying to get at these darn toys that keep being just out of reach...
First you have to test the springiness of the floor:
Then you creeeeeep forward... and if only I could get off these fat haunches, I'd be crawling!

Yaah-Daah-Daah-Dah
Still in the middle of my first ever cold. I'm seven months old today though - wow!
For the occasion, I thought I'd impress the Parents by reaching another milestone in speech development, the repeated consonant and vowel sound. Actually, I was just exercising my jaw, and I showed Dad when he got home from work. Daah daah dah, YAAH daah daah dah, Daah daah daah daah, Daah daah daah daah daah daah dah... (I had so much to say.)
